Captain Bayard Fish Foulke, American Artist (1880-1861) Portrait of the clipper ship "Lightning". Oil on Board measuring 15 1/2" X 11 1/2". Fresh out of a Philadelphia Estate. The back of the painting contains the information of the clipper ship which sailed from Liverpool, England to New York which took 13 days and 10 1/2 hours according to the document attached to the back of the painting as shown in image #7.

A matching Pair of Early Sheffield Silver Plated Sauce Tureens with Covers. This matching pair of silver plated boat shaped sauce tureens on an oval foot and rectangular base, with unswept handles, domed covers with openings for ladles surmounted by leaf handles. Engraved with a crest. Both inscribed on the bottom "33574". Each measures 5 3/4" in Height X 9 3/4" In Length X 4 3/8" In Width.

Circa 1800 Chinese Export Canton Gilt Lacquer Wall Sconce, consisting of three hinged parts, decorated vertical and wall bracket showing gilded figural scenes. Measures 11" in height. Very Delicate. This is the perfect item for a chinese export porcelain collector and we are displaying a optional 18th century foo dog jos stick figure for effect. Circa 1870 English Covered Game Tureen. Modeled as a lidded basket decorated with foilage on the side and game on the lid. Decorated in vivid polychrome glazes throughout. Underside marked with a raised manufacturing stamped. The mark is blurred and can not 100% identify the manufacture, but we believe this is a George Jones piece. The dimensions are 7" in height, 12 1/2" in length and 7 1/2" in width.

Circa 1870-1880 Japanese Imari Large Porcelain Jardineer (jardiniere). This is a Fabulous Bulbulous Form with a short Neck and a flat wide rim. Depicting ladies of the court in flower gardens contrasted with images of a Imperial Phoenix; with very much detailed polychrome hand enameled traditional Imari Design with multiple floral reserves. No signature or mark but must have been decorated by a very well known artist in Japan. Good Condition. No chips, cracks or restoration.

Circa 1820-1840 Chinese Export Rose Medallion Mazzarin/Drainer in Excellent Condition and Very Nice Quality. Originally the mazzarin would be matched up with a platter and be used for a drainer when you would lay a piece of meat on the drainer. This is one of the better quality mazzarin's that I have seen. Since they were primarily used to drain the fat off of a piece of meat, they would get a lot of abuse. Very Rarely will you find a mazzarin of this outstanding quality. This is a Beautiful Gold Imari Jardineer. I am dating this and other size jardineers that we just purchased as MID-20TH Century. This is a very nice small petite planter measuring 4" in height. The top opening is 4" and the base measures 3" in diameter. Excellent Condition. No damage or Restoration. There has not been a hole drilled in the bottom as you will often see for drainage.
