Yachtsman, etcher and watercolourist who spent many years sailing and chartering boats along the eastern seaboard of the United States. Lives and works in East Anglia. Listed in Art Fact. Framed piece of art work. The lower left hand corner is inscribed petrus de petris inu.et delin.--The right hand corner is inscribed Io.Hieronymus Frezza incid.Romae cum Priu. Sum.Pont.an.1704. After Google-ing, I really became confused as I am not exactle a scholar--Just a Dumb Olde Antique Dealer. Apparently he was a Roman sculptor.
