Two Sterling silver Salt Spoons #73 made by Stieff of Baltimore. This beautiful pattern known as repousee is often referred to as Baltimore rose. Stieff, Kirk and Schofield were the three main silversmiths in Baltimore in the late 19th and 20th century. Very Collectible. We offer a line of salt with many sterling silver master salts in these three Baltimore Repousee pattern. Originally we had four of these spoons but two have been sold and their are two available.

This is a round russian Salt with a matching spoon. It has enamel in red and white. The diameter is 1 3/4". There are markings which are russian text. The condition has some chipped enamel on one of the white cells.

Circa 1865 Beautiful Austrian Solid Silver Open Salt Cellar. This piece has the maker's mark of "L.K." and is marked for "1865". Guaranteed Solid Silver. This rectangular salt stands on a rectangular pedestal base. It has a sculpted rim a base and crowned crest on the base. This Exceptional piece is 1 3/8" tall and is 2 3/8" X 2". Condition is Extremely Good with no dings or dents and extremely very good silver quality.

Circa 1925 S. KIRK & SON, INC. Sterling Open Salt with matching spoon. This wonderful Kirk Sterling Open Salt with matching spoon is in the Baltimore Rose repousse pattern. Kirk was founded in 1815 and Baltimore was very well known for it's silversmiths. Scofield and Stieff were also of Baltimore and Stieff bought out Kirk in 1979.
