| Circa 1830 Chinese Export Sacred Bird and Butterfly Bread and Butter small Plate measuring 6" in diameter and 1" in depth. excellent Quality and in Excellent Condition. Old sticker on bottom of James "Jim" Galley, a well known Chinese Export dealer who passed away 2 years ago. Jim had sold this piece to a Mid-west Collector who I had recently purchased it from. Unusual size for a cup unless it was a very large cup. It might have been used as a under-plate for a soup also. | |||||||||
