| Made by Royal Doulton. H.N. 1843 Biddy Penny Farthing Balloon Figure. Designer: L. Harradine. 9" in height. Various Vibrant colors of lady carrying a bunch of beautiful gayly colored balloons. She is wearing a shawl and a floral hat. She is also carrying a basket around her left arm filled with uninflated balloons and carrying some same uninflated balloons in her left hand. Excellent Condition. No chips,cracks or restoration. | |||||||||
