| C. 1840 Wedgewood Pearlware Mazzarin Drainer in the beautiful orange color. This drainer is in good condition. The drainer has two small chips to the interior edge of the strainer. On the back of the drainer is the wedgewood name and the #16 impressed. This is the highly collectible rare pearlware with a orange/red transfer decoration of poppies. The mazzarin measures 13 1/4" X 9 1/2" and the table is 23" tall. The last owners of this drainer had a cabinet maker make a custom made stand to inset the drainer which presently makes a great table to set your drink when relaxing. We purchased this piece with the table already made. We have had drainers and platters previously make tables with pieces of nice porcelain to be utilized as a occasional table. We have cleaned up the table and it is all set to go. | |||||||||
